Experience

I have over 27 years of professional real estate experience and local market knowledge. One significant reason why it's a great idea to have me as your Agent is because of my proven marketing plan and strong negotiating skills. Over the course of my experience, I have successfully negotiated hundreds of transactions, helping hundreds of homeowners. If you are interviewing more than one Realtor make sure you ask them "Are you a full-time real estate professional" and "what have you done lately?"

In my recent past, I have been able to capture 97% of my clients' asking price! I take pride in doing the research to insure that your home is launched to the market at the right price that were invite offers that will lead to a successful sale.

Time

Time is money. Last year, I was involved in over 30 individual transactions and was able to secure a willing and able buyer for my clients in 67 days (on average), which is well below the industry average.

RE/MAX spends over $1,000 per day advertising homes for sale. This means that a pool of buyers exist not only within my business but within the businesses of 68 of my colleagues!
